Chuck Ammond
EngineeringChuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master in Business Administration. He teaches Renewable Energy, Automation, and Electronics at Muskegon Community College. As a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installation Professional he has designed and installed 100 small-wind, solar electric, energy storage, and solar hot water systems. He enjoys outdoor and fashion inspired photography.
Randy Peters
Construction ManagerRandy is currently in the Wind and Solar Technology Certificate program at Muskegon Community College. He has over 30 years of experience in the machining industry – programming, installing, developing and trouble-shooting various aspects of production design to customer specifications. Randy loves his cattle dog and dabbled in disc dog competition, he enjoys hunting and fishing. Randy and his wife are active members of their church.
Harvey Feyan
Master ElectricianI started in the electrical field right out of high school and have worked on a variety of types of construction projects, including industrial, commercial, and residential. My wife and I enjoy camping and traveling, and spending time with our children and grandchildren.
Cole Maxson
Service Tech / Small Off Grid ExpertCole currently holds an Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and a Wind and Solar Technology Certificate through Muskegon Community College. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering through Ferris State University while working for Agathon Solar. He has 5 years of experience working with electronics, including troubleshooting, programming, and system design. Cole enjoys interacting with people, as they always have an interesting story. In his free time, he enjoys gaming, kayak-fishing, skiing, and traveling.
Greg Oliver
Business DevelopmentGreg is a graduate of Thornwell Presbyterian Divinity College. He is a licensed residential builder and has been instrumental in solar and energy storage system design, installation, service, and sales for over 100 projects since 2015. He is married with three children and enjoys reading the Puritans, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Ben Toelle
Jet engine mechanicBen is a former Air Force Jet engine mechanic with four years of technical experience. Ben brings a unique blend of precision, reliability, and innovative thinking to Agathon Solar. Currently pursuing NABCEP certification, he is also a certified energy consultant through TESLA for their cutting edge Powerwall 3 energy storage system. Outside of work, Ben enjoys fishing and disc golfing.
